At a glance

• No embedded third-party services: fonts, images and scripts are served from this website’s own server.
• Personal data is only processed when you use the contact form or write to me.

1. Controller

No data protection officer has been appointed, as there is no legal obligation to do so.

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with STRATO.

When you visit the website, the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, requested page, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser and operating system. This serves the secure and stable operation of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). STRATO anonymises IP addresses in the log files. The logs are made available to me for a maximum of six weeks and are not combined with other data.

3. Contact form and email

If you use the contact form, I process your name, email address, optionally your company, and your message – solely to handle your enquiry. The details are sent to me by email and are not stored in a database. Transmission is TLS-encrypted.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).

Your data is deleted once the enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply (e.g. under the German Commercial Code or Fiscal Code for business correspondence).

To prevent spam, the form uses an invisible check field and a time check. No cookies are set and no data is transferred to third parties for this purpose.

4. External links

This website links to the-tcg.com. Data is only transferred once you click the link; from then on, that provider’s privacy policy applies.

5. Your rights

You have the right at any time to:

• access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
• rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) and erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
• restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
• data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
• object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR)

An informal message to the email address above is sufficient.
